In my Online Counseling - The Resilience Training - I focus on helping my clients dealing with stress, anxiety, relationship issues or transitioning through life changes. I work in a resource-oriented way and use various methods from Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), adapting my interventions to your needs and concerns. My counseling often addresses the following topics: - How do I deal with anxiety or obsessive thoughts? - How can I reduce overwhelm and stress? - How can I better nurture my relationships or manage conflicts? - How can I set better boundaries? - How to deal with intrusive thoughts or rumination? - How can I reduce my perfectionism? - How do I regulate my emotions appropriately? I use methods of Mental Resilience Training, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Coaching. I offer a free 15min consultation on my website! Afterwards you can choose between a first longer session (75min) or Individual sessions (50min). I also offer discounts on session bundles (3, 5 or 10 sessions) and keep a sliding scale for clients who can not afford the regular prices.
