Ms Kashika Sachdeva

Counseling Psychologist

I am a trauma-informed Psychotherapist, trained in Queer and Trans Affirmative Counseling Practice, and a fellow at the Institute of Contemporary Psychotherapy + Psychoanalysis (2026 cohort). I work with adults, using a Psychodynamic and Internal Family Systems approach. I hold an MSc in Clinical Psychology from CHRIST University, Bangalore, where I was awarded the Gold Medal.

About Me

I am a Counseling Psychologist in South Delhi, India. I am a trauma therapist who works with a relational psychodynamic and Internal Family Systems (IFS) perspective, integrating somatic (body-based) techniques. My approach is centered on the ways we relate to ourselves and others, especially when past experiences make it difficult to engage with life fully. I work with individuals navigating trauma, depression, anxiety, stress, grief, and other challenges.

Approach

Grounded in my practice online and in South Delhi, sessions move at a thoughtful pace that lets your stories surface and be understood. I offer both in-person sessions in South Delhi and online in English and Hindi, keeping a predictable, collaborative frame. My work is long-term and deeply attuned to how you see yourself and the relationships around you. I believe you are more than your symptoms, which is why I focus on the whole of your life, along with what feels difficult in the moment. At the heart of my work is a recognition of our shared humanness.
