I am a clinical psychologist with a psychoanalytic orientation. I have been working as a psychotherapist for over thirty years.
Approach
I have a psychoanalytic orientation which means trying to understand a person both consciously and unconsciously. Dreams can be very useful material to understand what is happening in the internal world of the person. The sessions provide a safe space in which to explore oneself and to get a better understanding of oneself. Whatever the issue a person has, whether difficulties in relationships, work issues, depression, anxiety etc can be explored in depth in the sessions.
