About Me

I’m living as a digital nomad, have seen different cultures, different ways of life and going through life to explore something new. That’s also how I approach each client, with curiosity and a unique approach, because everyone is different and needs something else.

Approach

I facilitate your self-discovery through creating a space of insight, curiosity and vulnerability. In my conversations it’s most important to be authentic and to connect well. Often my sessions feel relaxed and enjoyable, yet deeply insightful and grounded. I might use meditation, hypnosis, breathwork or basic visualisation to create a different perspective and a sense of ease. The most important is the commitment to honesty during the sessions even if it feels uncomfortable. But you’ll notice quickly that it’s very safe and non-judgmental, yet at times challenging and direct, when needed.

I focus on big life transitions or when you feel really stuck, overthinking and in need for a perspective shift. That’s where the biggest potential for transformation lies. Depending on the topic we might work on thought patterns, negative self-talk or on reducing physical stress and relaxation. I use a wide variety of tools individualized for each client and their needs.
