Miss Julia Musker

Psychotherapist

I am a walk and talk therapist working primarily with individual adults and teens with anxiety, depression, or eating disorders

About Me

I offer walk and talk therapy, supporting adults and teens navigating anxiety, depression, or eating disorders. Many find that moving outdoors helps thoughts flow more freely than in a traditional room. This dynamic approach allows us to explore feelings and challenges side-by-side. It can feel less intense, more collaborative, and helps you find clarity. We use nature's calming presence for new perspectives.

Approach

Shifting sessions into the open air loosens stuck thinking and lets movement set the pace so thoughts arrive without forcing them into a chair. I walk with clients around Pasadena on short, steady routes that feel safe and contained, so each meeting is anchored in time and place. We turn moments from the walk into practical experiments and reflections—tracking mood, noticing body cues, and testing small changes between meetings to build confidence. Teens and adults facing anxiety, mood shifts, or body‑image concerns often find this collaborative, action‑oriented way helpful.
