About Me

As an experienced Clinical Psychologist and CBT specialist, I guide individuals through difficult mental health challenges. With over 12 years of practice, my priority is helping you restore your confidence and well-being. My approach blends evidence-based CBT interventions with thorough psychological assessments. This creates a clear, structured path forward. If you're seeking a supportive space to regain control and clarity, I can help you find it.

Approach

Progress happens through focused, practical steps that break problems into manageable pieces and rebuild confidence over time. I see clients in English across the FCT and throughout Nigeria, and I offer remote sessions for those who prefer online care. Sessions are goal‑focused and collaborative: we map current patterns, practice concrete coping skills in session, try short exercises between meetings, and regularly review what’s shifting. This way of working tends to help people seeking steady, measurable change.
