I am a Licensed, Chartered Educational Psychologist offering online psychotherapy across South Africa and in some other countries as well. Therapeutic concerns may relate to feelings of anxiety, depression, bipolar, executive functioning, friendship/relational difficulties, impact of illness, grief/bereavement, behaviours that challenge, learning, workplace challenges, stress management, life coping, school refusal and cross-cultural challenges, amongst others. I perform psychotherapy mostly from a cognitive-behavioural therapy perspective but I am eclectic to suit my clients' needs. I am also BWRT trained.
