As a Counseling psychologist with 10 years’ experience, I support individuals and couples. If you're seeking to strengthen your relationship, we can explore Imago therapy together. For past trauma or childhood wounds, EMDR therapy offers a gentle way to process these experiences. My aim is to help you find clarity and lasting connection, moving forward with confidence.
Approach
When we meet, I move from gentle curiosity into practical, paced steps that help couples reconnect and people gently process old hurts. In Gampaha and online, in English, sessions feel focused and collaborative—short check-ins, targeted exercises, and moments for deep tracking of what comes up in the body and relationship. Between sessions I offer simple practices to try and we review what changed, adjusting pace to your needs. This way of working suits couples and individuals ready for steady, lasting change.
