As a counselor with 10 years of experience, I support individuals and couples through a compassionate and collaborative approach. My aim is to help you find clarity, healing, and lasting connection so you can move forward with greater confidence.

When we meet, I move from gentle curiosity into practical, paced steps that help couples reconnect, and people gently process old hurts. Sessions feel focused and collaborative, with short check-ins, targeted exercises, and moments for deep tracking of what comes up in the body and relationship. Between sessions, I offer simple practices to try, and we review what changed, adjusting pace to your needs.
