Mr Joseph Melhem

Licensed Clinical Psychologists

Empowering adults and adolescents through CBT. Specializing in addiction recovery. Let's transform challenges into growth together.

About Me

I work with adults and adolescents ready to navigate the complexities of addiction recovery. Using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), we explore thought patterns and develop practical strategies for lasting change. My aim is to help you build resilience and transform past challenges into meaningful personal growth. This collaborative approach supports you in finding a path towards a more fulfilling future.

Approach

I guide therapy toward practical skills and honest reflection, turning unhelpful patterns into manageable steps that support recovery and personal growth. Whether we meet in Mansourieh or online, in Arabic or English, sessions are paced to fit your needs—sometimes focused on building coping tools, other times on unpacking triggers between meetings. You’ll leave with short, concrete practice tasks, tracking strategies, and clear relapse‑prevention plans we refine together. This way of working suits adolescents and adults ready for steady, collaborative change.
