Jordan Weir

Psychotherapist (Registered)

I work with people who are undergoing any experience that might be called 'transformation.' Using an integrative, body-based and relational approach, I help clients go to the deeper places of their hearts and minds in order to heal from past wounds.

About Me

I work alongside you as you navigate profound personal transformation. My integrative, body-based, and relational approach helps you explore the deeper parts of yourself. We will gently uncover past wounds, allowing for a healing process that connects mind and body. This approach supports individuals ready to move beyond old patterns. You can find new ways to relate to yourself and others, fostering enduring change.

Approach

Transformation often arrives as a tremor in the body or a recurring image; I track those signals alongside the stories you bring, letting felt experience guide inquiry. I meet with adults in English from Toronto or online, offering a steady, paced container where safety and curiosity sit together. In sessions we slow down—noticing breath, dreams, posture and relational patterns—then translate those discoveries into practical shifts between meetings through simple practices and reflections. People facing life transitions, chronic illness, burnout, or tangled relationship patterns often find this attentive, embodied pace grounding and clarifying.
