Ms Jordan du Toit

Registered Clinical Psychologists

I enjoy working with people from a multitude of backgrounds and cultures. If you've found this page, I hope to help create a supportive space for you. I have a special interest in working with teens and adults from the LGBTQIA+ community. I also work a lot with non-monogamy in relationships.

About Me

I offer a supportive space for teens and adults from many backgrounds. I have a special interest in working with the LGBTQIA+ community and people in non-monogamous relationships. My aim is for our sessions to be a place where you can feel truly seen and heard. Together, we can explore your identity, relationships, and life's complexities, finding a way forward.

Approach

When clients bring questions about who they are or how they relate to others, I orient sessions around curiosity and practical exploration. In Johannesburg I offer English sessions both in person and online, keeping a relaxed pace so we can notice patterns and plan small steps between meetings. We use conversation, reflective exercises and tailored between-session experiments to address mood shifts, trauma echoes and the dynamics of non-monogamy. This style often suits people seeking collaborative, thoughtful work on identity and relationships.
