About Me
As a Jungian Analyst and psychoanalyst, I draw on over 30 years' experience. I guide individuals seeking to understand the deeper roots of their experiences. For those ready for profound self-discovery, long-term analysis offers a unique path. I also provide focused, short-term support for couples and families navigating relationship challenges. My extensive practice offers a calm, steady space for making sense of complex inner worlds and dynamics.
Approach
Three decades of practice have taught me to balance slow, exploratory analysis with focused, pragmatic work when relationships are under strain. In Oxford and online, with sessions available in French or Norwegian, I keep the pace steady and conversational: we follow associations and dreams, pause to name patterns, and agree on small, practical experiments between meetings when that helps. Sessions move between reflective silence and active dialogue so adolescents, individuals or partners can notice recurring dynamics. Those wanting thoughtful, paced change often find this way of working supportive.
