About Me
I support individuals and couples, including LGBTQI individuals, to navigate complex emotional issues and build stronger connections. I foster a welcoming space where you can explore feelings and patterns without judgment. We can collaboratively make sense of challenges and find practical ways forward. My aim is for you to feel understood and empowered to create healthier relationships and emotional well-being.
Approach
When relationships or personal emotions feel tangled, I help you notice small interactions and feelings that keep patterns alive, then turn those observations into manageable steps. I work with adults and couples in Kempton Park or online, in English or Afrikaans, keeping sessions steady, practical and compassionate—balancing listening with focused interventions and occasional short tasks between meetings to build momentum. You’ll leave sessions clearer about choices and better able to try new ways of relating, which suits those facing anxiety, mood or relational strain.
