About Me

I guide couples and individuals to understand and transform their emotional dynamics through Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). My background in psychology and theology, combined with over 20 years' experience, informs my deeply understanding approach. We can explore emotional patterns together, fostering resilience and stronger connections. This holistic approach helps diverse clients build more fulfilling relationships.

Approach

From an emotionally focused perspective, I guide sessions with a focus on close relationships and attachment, helping you identify and understand the cycles of distress that keep you feeling stuck. Whether in my Office or through secure online sessions, I create a safe space to explore your emotions in both English and Afrikaans. Together, we will uncover underlying emotional patterns, make possible shifts during our sessions. This approach is deeply relational and focuses on understanding your emotional responses, triggers, and the dynamics in your relationships. It’s especially helpful for individuals and couples seeking more emotional connection and understanding.
