Coming to therapy is no small feat. If you’ve found yourself here, you’re likely feeling that already. Things may feel especially loud or scary—. So I want to acknowledge your courage for taking this first step. My goal is to create a safe space where you can simply be yourself—to say things out loud that may have felt hard to admit, even to yourself. Some arrive to therapy with a clear sense of what has led them here. Others don’t know where to begin. That’s okay. This space is here for exactly that. You don’t need to have it all figured out—this space will meet you where you are.

I am a clinical psychologist working predominantly with adolescents and adults experiencing a range of mental health and relational challenges. I aim to create a safe, respectful, and supportive space where clients can explore their experiences and better understand themselves. My work is grounded in compassion and collaboration, and my approach to therapy is eclectic and guided by each client’s unique needs. I hope to create a therapeutic space that supports self-awareness, coping and moving towards meaningful change.

An experienced psychologist (18 years) offering online & face-to-face counseling, psychotherapy, & psychological assessment . Can work with children as young as two years old, teens, adults and geriatric clients in varied cases.
