About Me

I offer an integrative approach, prioritising compassion and personalised care. I come alongside you, creating a safe space to explore your experiences together. This collaborative process, marked by curiosity and understanding, supports emotional validation. If you seek a therapist who helps you navigate your journey with empathy, I can support you. We will work together to understand your unique needs.

Approach

You’ll find therapy here paced to your rhythm, exploring what feels most pressing while holding curiosity and kindness. In my Robertsbridge room or via online sessions in English, we use steady, focused steps—sometimes reflective conversation, sometimes embodied noticing—to gently process difficult memories and improve day-to-day coping. Between sessions I may offer short, practical invitations to try what we’ve noticed so you can test changes safely. People who benefit tend to want a compassionate, structured space to make sense of things and try new ways forward.
