“I work with individuals, couples, and families who are ready to understand what’s really happening beneath the surface, rather than simply manage the symptoms. At the heart of my work is a desire to be a catalyst for lifelong positive change in the lives of everyone I work with.”

About Me

I’ve always been curious about what shapes us; why we think, feel, behave, and relate to others the way we do. That curiosity led me to pursuing a career in psychology. Along the way, I came to understand that knowing about the human mind is only part of the story. Our experiences, relationships, families, and environments all shape who we become. My own journey of self-discovery is a big part of why I became drawn to systemic therapy and to looking beyond the presenting problem to understand what may be happening underneath it. I believe therapy can be both challenging and deeply rewarding.

Approach

Therapy with me is a structured approach that involves honest conversations, thoughtful questions, reflection, and practical tools you can apply in your everyday life. I draw from evidence-based theories and tailor therapy to your needs rather than using a one-size-fits-all formula. My goal is for you to leave therapy not only feeling more equipped to handle what brought you in, but with a deeper understanding of yourself and the ability to create healthier, more sustainable patterns moving forward.
