Online therapy for adults and young adults experiencing anxiety, burnout, overwhelm, life or career transitions, and relationship difficulties. I have a special interest in neurodivergence, including ADHD and autism, executive functioning and career development.

About Me

I am an Educational Psychologist based in Cape Town, offering online psychotherapy to adults and young adults across South Africa. I have a special interest in neurodivergence, career development, burnout and the interaction between emotional wellbeing, work, relationships and the demands of everyday life. Alongside therapy, I offer executive functioning coaching, psychoeducational and accommodations assessments, as well as career and subject-choice assessments. My aim is to provide a space where you feel understood while also supporting meaningful change, greater self-awareness and ways of navigating life that feel more sustainable for you.

Approach

My approach is warm, collaborative and person-centred. I work from a holistic and interactional perspective, helping you understand yourself, your relationships and patterns that may be keeping you stuck. Therapy is tailored to you and may combine talk therapy with brain-based techniques to support nervous system regulation and wellbeing. Our therapy may also include career counselling or coaching support where this is needed. I believe that therapy does not only need to focus on what is “wrong”, but can also provide a space to understand yourself better, build greater emotional resilience and find more sustainable ways of navigating the demands of your life.
