Jessica Weikers

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

You know how to show up for others but not always for yourself. Let's work together to bring more balance and harmony into your life.

About Me

You often put others first, leaving little time for your own needs. I understand how challenging it can be to shift that focus. In our sessions, we'll gently explore the patterns that keep you from prioritising yourself. Together, we can cultivate practical strategies to help you reclaim personal time and energy. My aim is for you to find greater balance and a deeper sense of harmony in your daily life. This is a supportive space, entirely for you.

Approach

When caring for everyone else leaves you depleted, I help you reframe small choices so personal time becomes possible without guilt. Sessions in English—both in San Francisco and via secure online video—move at a steady, collaborative pace: we notice patterns, practice brief mindfulness tools, and plan simple experiments to try between meetings. I keep the work practical and attentive to how your roles drain or restore you. This approach tends to suit adults navigating life transitions, anxiety, or burnout.
