Therapy Practice

“Mind and Body Psychotherapy for Adults; individual and group therapy sessions.”

About us

We provide outpatient mental health services in San Diego, California. We offer art therapy, trauma counseling, group therapy, and a free consultation to start care.

Approach

Therapy focuses on how bodily experience and thought interact, using paced, experiential work to bring awareness, choice and regulation. In San Diego I see adults in outpatient settings and in group work that balances safety with gentle challenge. Sessions blend somatic noticing, creative exploration and practical skill practice, with short between-session exercises to build momentum and integration. This way of working tends to help adults who want grounded, actionable change in how they feel and relate.
