Dr Jenni McArthur (Jones)

Chartered Psychologist

I reside in Lausanne, Switzerland and I practice locally (at Motion Lab) and online. As a sport and performance psychologist I have over 10 years experience within the world of elite sport and high-risk professions where I have developed a specialism in performance under pressure and stress management.

About Me

I support individuals in elite sport and high-risk professions. We work to navigate intense demands, helping you master performance under pressure. When stakes are high, I guide you in building resilience and managing stress effectively. I offer practical strategies you can apply daily to sustain peak performance. My extensive experience means I truly understand the unique challenges you face. This helps you thrive in high-stakes environments.

Approach

Pressure and demand shape our work: I help you break intense moments into clear, doable steps that preserve focus and decision-making. Sessions at Motion Lab in Lausanne or online (in English) are practical and paced to fit training, deployments or busy schedules, mixing short in-session practice with targeted between-session exercises. We track progress with simple goals, refine techniques for stress and concentration, and adjust what’s most effective for you. This way of working suits athletes and professionals who must perform reliably when the margin for error is small.
