About Me

I am a Registered Psychologist in the Philippines who is currently engaged in private practice. I have a Master's degree in Psychology (Clinical) from the University of the Philippines Diliman and a Post-baccalaureate Diploma in Substance Use Interventions from the De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde. I also completed a non-formal course in Caring for the Child with Special Needs from UP Open University. I am trained in different psychotherapy approaches including Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Queer-Affirmative Counselling Practice, and Internal Family Systems therapy, among others.

In my professional practice, I always ensure to provide my clients with an open, supportive, and safe space as they navigate mental health challenges and difficulties. I have extensive experience working with clients on a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorders, eating disorders, substance use, OCD, trauma, as well as relationship and family issues. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practice and tailored to each person’s unique experiences and goals.
