Licensed Clinical Social Workers

Warm and creative, I want to help you connect to your authentic self to live fearlessly.

About Me

Warm and creative, I want to help you connect to your authentic self to live fearlessly. I offer a safe space for you to gently explore your inner world. We can work together to understand what holds you back and uncover your unique strengths. Through collaborative and creative approaches, we’ll find ways to express your true voice. If you feel stuck or long for deeper self-connection, I support your journey towards a more courageous and fulfilling life.

Approach

We'll move from gentle curiosity into practical, paced sessions where you set the focus and I help translate feelings into clear steps. In my Los Angeles office I hold an accepting, focused space so sessions feel steady—sometimes reflective, sometimes active—tailored for queer, HIV-affected, and women-identifying clients seeking clearer choices. I use collaborative, evidence-informed tools to notice patterns, try new behaviours between meetings, and track what shifts. People who want compassionate clarity and doable change often find this approach grounding.
