Prof Jeannette Abou Nasr

Psychoanalyst

Licensed Clinical Psychologist and Psychotherapist, I've worked with adults and families mainly, dedicated to helping others.

About Me

I am a psychoanalyst and licensed psychologist in Geitawi, Beyrouth, Lebanon. I work with you on relationship problems, addiction, conduct issues, mood disorders and eating disorders using psychodynamic therapy.

Approach

Working from my practice in Beirut and through secure online sessions, I guide clients through patient, curiosity-led exploration of patterns that fuel cravings, conflict or persistent low mood. Sessions move between focused reflection and practical noticing—I listen for repeating moments, invite links between past and present, and support experiments you try between meetings to test new responses. The pace is steady and collaborative, giving space for difficult feelings while aiming for clearer choices; people struggling with attachment, control or compulsions often find this approach helpful.
