Jasmine Tsang
Registered Psychotherapist
“I’m Jasmine Tsang, a Registered Psychotherapist and the founder of Reflections Therapy. I work with adults and couples who feel emotionally overwhelmed, stuck in patterns they don’t fully understand, or disconnected from themselves or their relationships. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling exhausted from managing anxiety, the effects of past trauma, unstable emotions, or long-standing struggles with self-worth. I believe meaningful change happens when people feel deeply understood — not judged or “fixed.” My role is to walk alongside you as we gently make sense of what’s happening internally, so you can move forward with clarity, balance, and self-acceptance.”
