Ms Jasia Nauthoa

Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) that values authenticity, my priority is to empower individuals in their journey towards healing and transformation. I work with students, professionals, adults, couples and families.

About Me

I believe in creating an authentic space where you can truly be yourself. My aim is to empower students, professionals, adults, couples, and families. We will navigate your unique path towards healing and positive transformation together. We can explore challenges and discover strengths, fostering growth in a supportive environment. I am dedicated to helping you find clarity and build resilience for a more fulfilling life.

Approach

You’ll find our work grounded in honest curiosity and practical steps that honour your pace and priorities. I offer sessions in Etobicoke and online, and can converse in Hindi/Urdu when that makes exploring easier, so therapy feels accessible and calm. Meetings weave body-aware reflection with focused skill-building and short between-session experiments, tracking what shifts so choices become clearer and routines more workable. This collaborative, steady way of working often helps adults, couples, and families facing transitions, stress, or relationship strain find clearer direction.
