I'm Jaro, a certified ontological coach and TRE® provider, working online and in-person with English-speaking clients across Europe. I work with a small number of people at a time, intentionally. If this resonates, I'd welcome a conversation.

About Me

You're managing. On the outside, life looks functional, maybe even successful. But internally, there's some discomfort. A lack, a recurring pattern, a feeling of being stuck that logic alone hasn't been able to shift. You may have already tried therapy, read the books, done the work. And yet here you are, sensing that the answer lies somewhere deeper, in how you actually see yourself and the world, not just in what you know and do about it. This is exactly the territory we work in together.

Approach

Our exploratory conversations reveal how your language, emotions, and somatic experience shape your complete way of being in the world. We gently explore what is running beneath the surface. Not to fix you, but to help you understand yourself deeply enough that the patterns begin to lose their grip. What remains is clarity, genuine choice, presence, and a way of living that feels authentically yours. More information can be found at https://reframinglifenow.com/
