Mrs Janice Symons-Bradbury
Counseling Psychologist
“I am a registered Counselling Psychologist with over 20 years of experience working with adolescents and adults. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practice. I aim to provide a safe, non-judgemental space where clients can explore emotional challenges, develop insight, and build practical tools for lasting change. I work with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions, with a special interest in supporting clients through life stage exploration, perimenopause, and menopause. I use an integrative approach informed by BrainWorking Recursive Therapy (BWRT®), mindfulness-based strategies, and traditional talk therapy. Each therapeutic process is tailored to the unique needs and goals of the individual. My intention is to help clients feel supported and empowered as they move toward greater emotional wellbeing and self-understanding.”
