Certified Professional Counselor

verified by TherapyRoute

I am a compassionate counsellor for those stuck in perfectionism, people-pleasing and relationship cycles. I combine talking therapy with nervous system awareness to help you move from overwhelmed to grounded.

About Me

Hi, I'm Jana, and I'm glad you are here. I believe that the hardest part of the struggle is the feeling of being alone within it. We all need a place where the chaos of our lives can finally meet solid ground. I offer you a non-judgemental, compassionate space and a logical eye for the patterns that keep you stuck. Together, we’ll look at the "unspoken architecture" of your life and relationships, moving at a pace that honours your nervous system. You don’t have to have it all figured out to be here, only to be open to what might unfold. My guidance will help you figure out why you're stuck and how to find a way around it by addressing the patterns in your beliefs, emotions, and your nervous system.

Approach

My approach to counselling is, above all, relational. Our sessions will be entirely tailored to you. I use my knowledge, experience, and ability to see you and your concerns in perspective to help you name what you've been feeling but can't quite articulate. Together we will co-create a space where you can be both vulnerable and strategic. I will gently support you in integration and your way forward. I commonly work with burnout, relationship issues, self-regulation issues and highly sensitive clients. If my approach resonates with you, I invite you to reach out to book a discovery call so we can see if we are the right fit.
