Ms Jahnvi Khanna

Psychotherapist

As a dedicated counselling psychologist with a Master of Science degree in Psychological Therapies, I am driven by a passion for promoting mental health and well-being, I am dedicated to helping clients navigate life's challenges, heal from past traumas, and cultivate greater self-awareness and resilience.

About Me

I offer a compassionate space to gently explore life's complexities. If you are navigating difficult experiences or past traumas, I help you uncover inner resources. We then build lasting resilience together. My collaborative approach fosters deeper self-awareness, equipping you with practical tools. This helps you manage challenges and enhance overall well-being, ideal for anyone seeking meaningful personal growth.

Approach

Guided by that shared curiosity, sessions move at a steady, respectful pace where we gently name what’s happening, track patterns and set small, achievable steps. From my base in New Delhi I offer work in English and Hindi/Urdu, both in-person and online, so momentum continues between meetings in ways that suit your life. We use mindful noticing, focused reflection and short experiments to shift unhelpful reactions and strengthen new choices. This way of working often helps those facing transitions, relationship strain or burnout who want practical change alongside deeper understanding.
