About Me
My name is Jacquire Molefe and I am an HPCSA and BHF registered clinical psychologist.
I am passionate about helping others come to understand themselves, as well as assist with creating self-awareness.
I would like to assist potential clients to align themselves in spaces and places that best suite who they are and the kind of skillsets they possess.
Approach
I am systems-trained, working with the individual as a system while understanding their functioning within broader relational, social, and contextual systems. I also use Interactional Pattern Analysis (IPA) to identify patterns of functioning and relating across personal and relational contexts.
I am further trained in Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Narrative Therapy, as well as Group and Family therapy.
