About Me

As an experienced psychotherapist, I offer a thoughtful space for individuals and couples to explore their concerns. My DPhil in Counseling Psychology informs a flexible approach, whether face-to-face or online. We can work together to understand current challenges. This creates a calm environment for reflection. It suits those seeking a collaborative partnership to navigate personal growth or relationship dynamics with greater clarity.

Approach

Sessions begin with careful listening and move into practical, collaborative exploration of what feels most urgent, paced to your needs. I work in Centurion, offer sessions in English or Afrikaans, and can meet via secure online video when that suits you. We draw on conversation, focused strategies and short between-session tasks to reduce anxiety, untangle relationship patterns and support mood or sexual-health concerns, including HIV-related impacts. It suits those seeking steady, practical support.
