Mr J. Mendelsson

Psychotherapist (Registered)

I help you coping pain and anxiety with a balance of acceptance and change.

About Me

I work as a registered psychotherapist in Lübeck, Schleswig-Holstein, Germany. I help you face abuse, anxiety, autism spectrum challenges, body image concerns, and stress or burnout. I use ACT, CBT, mindfulness, and individual therapy to teach practical skills and reduce symptoms.

Approach

You’ll notice a mix of compassionate acceptance and practical change in how we work: steady, focused steps that honour your experience while building usable skills. In my Lübeck practice and online I hold sessions in English, German or Russian, paced to what you can manage — short experiments, reflective pauses, and clear takeaways to try between meetings. Therapy here is collaborative and concrete, especially helpful for people navigating trauma, anxiety, neurodiversity, or burnout who want relief alongside real-life strategies.
