My aim is to support you in deepening your self-awareness, developing healthier coping strategies, and discovering a greater sense of meaning and fulfillment in your life. As a somatic therapist, I help you get in touch with your emotions, body, and mind to support healing that is felt as well as understood. This embodied awareness helps you make more informed choices and embrace change. I work collaboratively with you, respecting your pace, priorities, and unique story. I am deeply committed to cultural sensitivity, ensuring that therapy honours your background and life context so that the support feels relevant and meaningful to you. I believe healing happens through genuine human connection, so I strive to create a warm, non-judgmental space where you feel truly heard, understood, and seen. Through therapy, I can also empower you to take greater responsibility for your life and cultivate resilience and self-compassion. The journey is not always easy—at times it can be frustrating, painful, or uncertain. But like life itself, it can also be deeply rewarding and transformative. It is a journey worth taking: an invitation to live more fully, freely, and authentically.

About Me

I’m a Cypriot woman who grew up as an expat in the Middle East. By the age of 24, I had completed a BSc in Psychology at the University of Kent in the UK. Having lived on three diverse islands during my upbringing, and being immersed in cultures from around the world, I developed a deep curiosity about life, human connection, and what it means to belong. This curiosity eventually led me to the path of psychotherapy and counselling. I continued my training in London at NSPC, where I discovered my true calling. I was especially drawn to existential philosophy—a perspective that continues to shape my work today. While some existential thinkers can be complex, their reflections on life, freedom, meaning, and responsibility deeply resonate with me. Their words helped illuminate not just the human condition, but also my own inner landscape. Existential psychotherapy felt like a natural fit for my reflective and inquisitive nature. It opened the door to a demanding, yet deeply rewarding journey into the lived experience of others—while also becoming a path of ongoing self-discovery for myself.

Approach

My approach is grounded in existential, humanistic, somatic, phenomenological, and integrative frameworks, allowing me to tailor my work to the specific needs of each client. This enables me to offer an integrative and holistic therapeutic process, drawing from a range of tools and perspectives to support meaningful and lasting change. Throughout my career, I have worked with people from all over the world, which has deepened my appreciation of human diversity and strengthened my ability to support individuals from varied ethnic, cultural, and social backgrounds. I have also collaborated with several NGOs, working with clients facing a wide range of difficulties, including addiction, anxiety, depression, family and relationship challenges, domestic violence, bereavement, trauma, abuse, identity concerns, eating disorders, imprisonment, and immigration-related issues. These experiences have enriched my understanding of the complexity of human struggle and reinforced my commitment to meeting each person with sensitivity, flexibility, and respect for their unique story. Through my education, clinical experience, and deep commitment to compassionate care, I am dedicated to supporting people on their path toward healing, self-awareness, emotional well-being, and empowerment.
