About Me
I specialise in supporting creative, highly sensitive people struggling with depression and anxiety. Through gentle art-making and embodied practices, we explore feelings beyond words, fostering a deeper connection to your inner self. My practice welcomes all identities, offering a truly affirming, sex-positive, and trauma-informed space. Here, you can find holistic healing and build lasting empowerment.
Approach
When words fall short, I invite gentle art-making and embodied attention so sensations and images can surface and begin to speak. Sessions in Brooklyn or online, in English, move at a steady, collaborative pace—sometimes sketching, sometimes tracking breath, often pausing to notice what the body is holding. We use reflective prompts, mindful noticing and symbolic exploration to trace patterns, test small experiments between meetings, and translate unwritten narratives into choices you can try out. This way tends to suit creative, sensitive adults looking for grounded, embodied change.
