Psychologist

I provide in-person and online psychotherapy sessions for individuals, couples and families in English and in Turkish as needed.

About Me

I have over 12 years of experience, including working with people across cultures, and am using a tailored approach for each of my clients. My internationally recognised psychotherapy trainings/certificates, coupled with my international bachelor's and master's degrees, enable me to adopt an integrative approach to psychology. I will be happy to work with you whether you are facing emotional challenges, relationship difficulties, or life transition issues.

Approach

During my sessions, I combine various psychotherapeutic approaches such as CBT (Cognitive and Behavioural Therapy), Schema Therapy, EMDR, Experiential, and Systemic.
