Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

verified by TherapyRoute

With several years of clinical experience, I specialize in premarital counseling, relationship distress, and recovery from infidelity. I am passionate about helping clients develop emotional awareness, improve communication, and foster secure attachment patterns. My approach is both structured and compassionate, creating a safe space for clients to explore challenges, gain insight, and implement meaningful change.

About Me

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist passionate about helping people build better relationships and more intentional careers. I work with individuals and couples who feel stuck, whether in their relationships, family, their work, or all of the above, and help them gain clarity, confidence, and direction. My work is grounded in evidence-based approaches, including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and the Gottman Method, while remaining responsive to each client's cultural and relational contexts. In addition to my clinical practice, I am actively involved in developing therapeutic resources, including workbooks and psychoeducational content, to equip both therapists and couples with practical tools for growth. I am dedicated to continuous learning, professional excellence, and expanding access to quality mental health care.

Approach

I take a practical and compassionate approach to therapy, both online and Physical, helping clients understand themselves, improve their relationships, and make clearer career decisions. I don’t just focus on symptoms, I help you look at patterns: how you communicate, how you respond emotionally, and how your personal experiences shape both your relationships and your work life. Using evidence-based tools and guided conversations, I support you in building healthier connections, increasing self-awareness, and making intentional choices that align with the life you want.
