Mrs Indratapa Das
Counseling Psychologist
“Our childhoods shape us into the adults we become. Our awareness of ourselves and our environment helps us become who we are rather than who we want to be. To be ourselves is powerful. Change and growth emerges as the inevitable and natural outcome of becoming our authentic selves.”
About Me
Approach
My approach is Psychodynamic and relational. The goal of therapy is awareness - operating from the belief that change comes naturally from deeper levels of awareness. My clients are the experts on themselves, while my role is that of a facilitator of awareness through empathic reflection, insight and feedback. The relationship built in therapy is the vehicle for awareness and change.

I provide a safe space to process and gain awareness about childhood trauma, dysfunctional family dynamics, relationship concerns, manage depression, anxiety, resolve eating disorders, life transitions, grief and loss, among other psycho-social concerns.
