About Me

I draw on varied evidence-based therapies to support your unique journey. We can explore long-held patterns through insight-oriented practice, or build practical tools for daily life. With a trauma-informed and queer-affirmative approach, I create a safe, understanding space. This tailored support helps you find clarity and lasting well-being.

Approach

This kind of work unfolds as a steady blend of reflective exploration and practical skill-building tailored to your pace. I offer sessions in Bangalore and online, in English, Bengali or Hindi/Urdu, and structure time so we alternate deeper reflection with short, focused exercises. Between sessions I suggest brief practices and small experiments to test new ways of relating, feeling and coping, while we notice patterns together in-session. People facing anxiety, relationship strain, trauma or questions about identity often find this approach useful.
