Licensed Clinical Social Workers

LGBQ/TGNB-affirming online therapy in California and New York. Specializing in Compassion Focused Therapy.

About Me

I offer LGBQ/TGNB-affirming online therapy, creating a safe space for individuals in California and New York. Specialising in Compassion Focused Therapy, I guide clients to cultivate inner kindness and resilience. This approach helps navigate specific challenges often faced by the LGBQ/TGNB community, fostering self-understanding and emotional well-being. Together, we can build a stronger sense of self within a truly supportive online environment.

Approach

Affirming online sessions focus on noticing how self-criticism shows up and gently replacing it with curious, kind attention. From my San Francisco practice I meet with adults across California and New York in English, using short experiential exercises, guided mindfulness between sessions and practical steps to manage anxiety, shame, self-esteem and burnout. Sessions move at a collaborative, steady pace—sometimes reflective, sometimes action-oriented—so clients build skills they can use day-to-day. This approach tends to help LGBTQI+ adults seeking steady, compassionate change.
