At IBP Remedial Services, we offer Play and Behaviour Therapy, a gentle way for children to understand their world. Through play, children naturally express their deepest emotions and inner feelings. This approach is ideal for young ones struggling to put big feelings into words. Our therapy gently guides them to voice what’s inside, fostering clearer self-understanding for children and their families.
Approach
Sessions feel like a small, slow unfolding where a child's choice of toys and games sets the pace and topics we explore together. In my Karachi clinic, mostly in Urdu/Hindi, I meet families with clear curiosity about patterns at home and school; sessions mix hands-on activities with simple, observable tasks and short feedback for caregivers between meetings. The work focuses on noticing how a child approaches challenges, naming those moments gently, and trying tiny shifts that build new responses. This way of working often suits children who need space to show rather than tell.
