Ibinye

Ibinye Osibodu-Onyali

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

I help high achieving women who were raised in toxicity learn to speak up, be seen and ditch anxiety. I also work with insomnia and couples.

About Me

I help high-achieving women, often shaped by challenging pasts, reclaim their voice and find calm. We work together to understand anxiety and build confidence, allowing you to be truly seen. I also support individuals navigating insomnia and help couples improve their connection. My goal is to equip you with practical tools to move from overwhelm to clarity and peace.

Approach

Sessions move from unpacking how old patterns show up to focused, hands-on practice for speaking up, being seen, and easing anxiety. In Murrieta and via secure online sessions in English, I keep a steady, doable pace—short check-ins, clear agendas, and practical experiments you can try between meetings. We track sleep and relationship rhythms, tweak small routines, and build confidence through repeated practice rather than theory. This way of working fits women ready to claim clearer boundaries and quieter nights.
