About Me
I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. I help people through psychotherapy and psychological diagnostic assessment for anxiety, behaviour or conduct problems, learning and developmental difficulties, personal development, and stress or burnout.
Approach
I follow an eclectic approach to psychotherapy based on the strengths and abilities of the individual. I also draw my work from third wave therapies that include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).
