About Us
HOPE – Suicide Prevention Hotline provides confidential emotional support and crisis intervention for people experiencing distress, suicidal thoughts, or other mental health challenges. We support individuals nationwide in Vietnam, including youth, adults, and vulnerable communities.
Our trained team focuses on compassionate listening and emotional accompaniment, helping callers explore their situation, identify coping strategies, and find appropriate solutions. We provide guidance for issues such as depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation, interpersonal conflicts, and other emotional difficulties.
Support is available through multiple channels, including phone hotline, Facebook Messenger, and Zalo. We are committed to ensuring accessibility for people with disabilities. All interactions are handled with strict confidentiality and respect.
