About Me

I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist based in Saigon Pearl, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. I can help you with depression, anxiety, trauma, emotional difficulties, and relationship concerns, including jealousy, power imbalances, loneliness, shame, trauma, and challenges involving partners, parents, family members, or children.

Approach

We move at a pace that feels right for you, exploring relationships, trauma responses, and the ways you cope with distress. Sessions combine reflection with practical strategies, leaving you with clear takeaways and small, manageable steps to try between appointments as you experiment with new ways of relating to yourself and others.
