About Me
I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist in D1, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. I can help you with depression, anxiety, trauma, emotional difficulties, and issues in relationships such as relationships (jealousy, power imbalances, loneliness, shame, trauma, parents/family/children).
Approach

In my Binh Thanh office or via secure online sessions in English or Norwegian we use a mix of focused behavioral experiments, close attention to relational themes and trauma responses, and reflective dialogue to map what maintains distress.
