Approach
Starting from what you bring, I work in a collaborative, paced way—gently combining conversation, focused assessment and practical tasks so we can track what helps. Sessions in Nelspruit are held in English or Afrikaans, and I aim for clear follow-up between meetings so progress is visible and adjustments are simple. Families, couples, adolescents and adults can expect structured listening, shared planning and occasional short exercises to try between sessions.
