Approach
Starting from what you bring, I work in a collaborative, paced way—gently combining conversation, focused assessment and practical tasks so we can track what helps. Sessions in Nelspruit are held in English or Afrikaans, and I aim for clear follow-up between meetings so progress is visible and adjustments are simple. Families, couples, adolescents and adults can expect structured listening, shared planning and occasional short exercises to try between sessions. This way of working tends to suit people who want thoughtful, steady change.
