We can work together to explore feelings and find clearer paths forward. My aim is to create a calm, balanced space. Here, every voice is heard, guiding you to understanding and resolution.

Focusing on family and relationship change, I guide how conversations are shaped so difficult moments become clearer and more manageable. Sessions in Cape Town or online, in English or Afrikaans, move at a steady, practical pace—short check-ins, targeted reflection and agreed actions between meetings. I listen for patterns, help name needs, and teach simple tools for handling conflict and stress that family members can practise between sessions.
