Basic Information

Services

Individual therapy specialisations include anxiety, self-worth, relationship conflict, and trauma. Couples Therapy is available to develop a deeper understanding of the self and of the other in partnership. This supports differentiation and recognition of inherent differences between testosterone and estrogen-influenced brains. Discernment Counselling is offered for couples who are on the verge of divorce, for a maximum of 5 sessions. Discernment Counselling avoids starting half-hearted couples therapy with mixed-agenda couples, helping couples when one wants to exit the relationship and the other wants to stay.
