About Me

Do stress or pain leave you feeling caged, or do you make yourself small around others? As a playful, body-oriented therapist, I help you reclaim your natural confidence. We explore ways to strengthen relationships and express yourself fully. Through this process, you can find your "Inner Compass" again, often in just three sessions. This approach is ideal for those ready to move beyond limitations and embrace their true self.

Approach

When tension or old habits make you hold back, I guide small, playful movements and moments of dream imagery to help you notice where confidence is stuck. In my Brussels studio or online I work in Dutch, English or French, keeping sessions relaxed and paced to your breath and curiosity. We pair somatic resourcing with short reflective talk and simple movement experiments you can practise between meetings to change how you relate to yourself and others. This approach often suits those wanting a direct, embodied way to reclaim presence.
