About Me

This compassionate therapist helps adults navigate anxiety, depression, ADHD, or self-esteem concerns in a supportive online space. Sessions provide a private setting to explore your experiences deeply. Here, clients can understand their struggles better and develop tailored ways to move forward. This professional approach helps individuals build resilience and find greater well-being from their own comfortable space.

Approach

Drawing on an MA from Yorkville University, I guide supported exploration through practical, skills-focused sessions that help adults notice patterns, track mood and attention, and practice new ways of managing stress, procrastination and self‑esteem concerns. I blend structured exercises with collaborative reflection, pacing work to what each individual can try between virtual meetings. Sessions are conducted online in English for adults in Toronto and beyond, suited to those ready to experiment, learn and develop clearer coping strategies.
